Hey I'm Lisa

I had a fantastic job in corporate marketing, and a fast-paced lifestyle that I loved. The only problem was that the pace was killing me. Why was I running this marathon seven days a week when it wasn't leaving me fulfilled?

I ignored the voice at first. The voice didn't ignore me. I began having chronic health problems that left me wondering if I'd ever feel whole again. I never allowed myself to think that maybe the responsibilities of my life and career were harming my health. My stress levels were through the roof.

However, I always hushed the voice that told me to make a change because a marketing executive was who I was.

I know what it's like to have it all because I "walked away" from it all. Of course, that's what it looked like to the outside world.

I was diving headfirst into self-help books, coaching tutorials, research papers on the mind-body connection, studies on digestive health, and all kinds of holistic information that I had never been exposed to before in my life. I implemented some basic strategies for repairing my mind and body to return to full health. In fact, I felt better than I ever had before. I realized that what I was feeling was clarity.

It wasn't long before I threw myself into Life coach training, and shortly after, becoming certified as an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and Life Coach. I now have years of credentials, personal experience, and coaching expertise to offer my clients tailored coaching services for wellness and well-being. 

My passion for coaching began as a passion for fixing myself.

This is an investment in transforming yourself to strip away at the parts that aren't working for you. That can sometimes mean making big, external changes like a career switch. Or it might also simply mean learning new scripts to say to yourself when you're about to cling to a familiar habit that's been leaving you stuck.

I believe you can change your body when you change your mindset. However, it's not like snapping your fingers.
